We are dedicated to deliver your floral orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered will be affected by order placement time, delivery method, weather conditions, and whether the destination is a remote location. Our policies explain the ordering and delivery options available to you and how we process your orders.

Orderings and Payments                 

Ordering can be done by phone or on this website. We accept VISA™ or MasterCard™ as payment. You will need to provide billing, delivery, and payment information to complete your order. As soon as your payment is authorized you will receive a confirmation email containing the detail of your order. At the same time we will receive a notification and we will begin to fulfill your order.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is generally available Monday through Friday on floral orders received before 12:00 PM Vancouver time.

Weekends and Holiday Deliveries

Delivery service is often not available in many areas on weekends or legal holidays. While every efforts will be made to accommodate such deliveries, items requested for delivery on weekend or legal holiday may have to be delivered on the business day immediately prior to the requested date or the first business day after the requested date.

Delivery Areas

Simply Sweet personally delivers to the Greater Vancouver Area. Which includes:

Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta and Surrey

A delivery charges ranging from $8.00 to $18.00, depending on the recipient’s location, will be applied to the order.

You may inquire into the status of your order by calling us directly. Our phone number can be found at our contacts page. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail.

Complaints and Returns

At Simply Sweet we appreciate your business and we work hard to develop lifelong relationship with you. Therefore our goal is to have 100% satisfy customers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or service, we encourage you to contact us, so that we may work to achieve your complete satisfaction. However due to the perishable nature of floral products we do not accept return or refund.
